My favorite junior high school memory

My favorite junior high school memory is an athletic meet. I paint a picture of group with my friends. It was difficult for me to paint a picture. I am not good at painting a picture but we did our best. We painted the picture after school every day. It is very tired, but I was very happy when we finished painting. We paint a tiger picture. At first, we borrow an illustrated guide to Japanese Fauna from the library. The most difficult thing is to paint the eye. I would not have succeeded without my friend's cooperation. I have not met the friend since we graduate junior high school. A coming of age celebration is just around the corner. I am looking forward to meeting them in the reunion.

I like owls but I don’t know about owls. Owls are one of the most favorite animals. I am interested in owls. I want to know about owls, so I choose this book. Do you know where they live and how they hunt? I can understand owls because I read this book. It is easy for me to read this book. Owls live all over the world, and owls is famous animal. But I have never seen owls because it is nocturnal animal. Most of owls hunt at night. In the daytime, owls hide. They are good at hiding in a forest, so it is difficult for us to see owls. I want to see owls. By the way, do you know where they live? Every year in spring, owls find a partner. Next, they make a nest. Some owls nest in holes in trees. Also, some owls nest in rabbit burrows. On the other hand, the tiny owls nest inside a big cactus. I was surprised at it. I don’t think that owls are inside the cactus. Essay 2-02b: My Language Learning Experience

I have ever learned some languages. For example, English, German and Vietnamese. It is difficult for me to learn language, but I want to talk with a lot of foreigners, so I learn language. I will tell you about my language learning experience.

First, I will tell you about my early English learning experience. My favorite language is English. I have learned English since I was a junior high school student. I didn’t like English when I was junior high school student, because it was difficult for me to learn English grammar. I didn’t know how to study English. So I went to ECC junior. The teacher of the cram was a very interesting woman. I could learn English pleasantly. I enjoyed listening to English songs and playing games. I learned English little by little and I became to like English. Also, I would often talk with ALT when I was a high school student. Because I am not good at speaking English. We talked about a lot thing such as culture, favorite food and so on. I could know English culture. I am interested in English culture so I had a good time.

I am happy because I am an English major in college now. English get more and more difficult. It is hard to learn English but I will do my best. I want to take English official approval and TOEIC. I love English.

Next, I will tell you about my German learning experience. In university, I took German. At first, it is difficult for me to learn German, because there are a lot of words and grammar. I had to memorize a lot of things, but I became to be able to write and speak German a little. Then, I like learning German language. Now I think that I want to learn German language more.

Finally, I will tell you about my Vietnamese. I learned Vietnamese when I was a high school student. I have a friend who is from Vietnam. She came to Japan when she was a junior high school student. So she can speak Vietnamese. She taught me Vietnamese after school. Vietnamese was unfamiliar for me. I had never heard Vietnamese. So it was difficult for me to pronounce Vietnamese. The pronunciation is very different from Japanese pronunciation, so I couldn’t pronounce Vietnamese. She taught me Vietnamese hard, but I gave up learning Vietnamese halfway. Now I don’t remember Vietnamese at all. If I have an opportunity to learn Vietnamese, I want to learn Vietnamese again.

As you can see, there are a lot of chances to learn language. It is important for me to learn language. I want to communicate between people of different cultures. Language learning experience is very useful, so I want to learn other language. I am interested in Korea and China, so I want to learn these languages in this university. I will do my best.

I like candy because it is good and low in calories. Whenever I want something to eat, I eat candy. I always eat candy between periods. There are many kind of candy. For example milky, grape and lemon taste candy, Koume and so on. My favorite candy is Koume. This tastes an ume. I like ume so this candy is very good. I have liked this candy since I was a child. I always buy this candy when I go shopping with my mother. Also, I eat throat candy when I had a sore throat. I don't like throat candy. But when I was a sick, throat candy is very important for me. It helps me. I want to eat many kind of candy.

I read “King Donkey Ears”. I want to this book because the illustration is very cute.　This story is about a King. He has donkey’s ears. No one knew except the servant who cut his hair. So he sent the servant to prison. One day, Meg saw the king’s ears. She promises that she will not tell anyone. But she wants to tell, so she tells a tree. Then a woodcutter chopped down the tree. The tree became a harp. One day, a huge concert was held. But the new harp played a very strange tune. “The king’s got donkey’s ears”. The king roared at Meg, but his best friend told him that it was not a secret, and they all knew. Then he freed all the servants, and he loves his ears.

He didn’t like his ears, but I think it is very cute. His donkey’s ears look like rabbit. He thought that donkey’s ears are his weak point, but he became to like his ears. I also want to become to like my weak point. I have a lot of shortcomings. I think that most of the people know this story. This story is famous in Japan. The most famous one’s lines is “the king’s got donkey’s ears.” I like it very much. I often said it when I was a child. I read this story in English for the first time. This story is very interesting. Please read it if you had a time.

Souvenir

Yesterday I was given this hand cream by my friend. She is one year older than I, and we are the same part time job. She studies English in Kumamoto prefectural university. She wants to teach Japanese to foreigner in the future. So she went to Korea to study and training for a month. I haven’t seen her for a long time. I asked her to buy a souvenir. This hand cream is a pleasant smell, so I like it. In winter my hands often dry. I didn’t have a hand cream so I was happy. She talked about Korea. She has been to Korea many times. I can’t speak Korean, so I want to learn Korean. If I had a chance, I also want to go to Korea.
