BR 2-14: The Lion and the Mouse

I read The Lion and the Mouse. The illustration of the book is very cute, so I decided to read the book. I will tell you about this story. One day a lion was fast asleep, but he woke up because of a mouse. He tried to kill the mouse, but he helped the mouse. The next day, lion was into a trap. The mouse nibbled the ropes, so lion was free. They became good friends.

I was impressed by Lion. He said “I was wrong. Even little friends can be good friends.” (Mairi 2008 p.22). The looks are not important to become great friends. The lion and the mouse are very different. The lion is too big, and the mouse is too small. Generally, it is difficult to become good friends. I was happy because they became good friends.

My favorite music

I like music very much so I listen to music every day. For example, I listen to music when I am in the train. Whenever I was free, music makes me happy. My favorite music is UVERworld. BR 2-13: The Old Woman who lived in a Shoe

I read The Old Woman who lived in a Shoe. This story is about the old woman who lived in a shoe. She was troubled because she had a lot of children. This shoe is too full, so she decided to buy a big shoe. But the shoes were too small. She was on her way home, she met a huge giant. There is a crab on his toe, so she helped him. Then, he gave her his shoe. Now all the children have space to have fun.

My favorite line is "I would like your shoe." (Punter 2008 p.19). Because I like his shoe too, so I understand her mind. That’s why I choose this line. I like the shoe, but I don’t want to live in the shoe. Because it is certain that the shoe has a bad smell. The huge giant was wearing the shoes every day. If I were she, I choose a new shoe. But I want to have a try at it. At last, all of them live happily. It is important for us to live happily.

My favorite class

My favorite class is psychology. I like the class because I am interested in psychology. The class is in the first period on Monday, so I have to get up early. BR 2-12: The Old Woman who swallowed a Fly

I read “The Old Woman who swallowed a Fly”. This story is about an old woman, a fly, a spider, a bird, a cat, a dog, a goat, a cow and a horse. This book is very interesting and unbelievable. I will tell you about this story. There was an old woman who swallowed a fly, so she swallowed the spider to catch the fly. Next, she swallowed the bird to catch the spider. But they wriggled and tickled inside her. Also, she swallowed the cat to catch the bird. Gradually her abdomen was big. At last, she swallowed a horse to catch the cow. She was taken an X-ray of her abdomen. I can see the animals inside her. There are a lot of animals inside her. When she swallowed a horse, she died.

I think that it is natural that she will die. It is unbelievable, isn’t it? If we swallowed a horse, a cat, a cow, a dog and a goat, we are sure to die. I don’t know why she swallowed a fly. I cannot do a thing like that. She is an amazing woman. By the way, the illustration of the book helps me to read. Also the same expression is repeated, so it is easy for me to understand the story. The illustration is very cute. So please read it.

Today I read “The Owl and the Pussycat”. The illustration of the book is very cute. Also, it is easy for me to read the book. I can read it soon. So I decide to read this book. I will tell you about the story. This story is about the owl and the pussy cat. They went to sea on a trip. One night, the owl sang to a small guitar. He sang to the pussycat “What a beautiful Pussy you are.” It let them be married. Then, they are living happily for a long time.

I want to marry like them. They have been happy since then. Every night they danced by the light of the moon. But I don’t like the engagement ring. The ring is at the end of pig’s nose. I was surprised it. I think that their love is the best expect it. The owl and the pussycat have shared a hard life for a long time. The most important thing of my life is love, so I want to become like them. It was a heartwarming book. This book is easy to read so please read it.
